Yes. Our candles meet standard burning requirements. Related test documents can be provided upon request.

Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and courier freight will be charged. We will return the sample fee when your bulk order reaches the agreed quantity.

Normally 3–7 working days.

The MOQ depends on the candle type. Standard white candles have a lower MOQ, while customized candles require a higher MOQ. Please contact us for details.

Normally 20–35 working days after receiving your deposit. The exact time depends on the order quantity and product type.

We mainly ship from Tianjin Port because our candle factory is located in Shijiazhuang, near Tianjin. For other ports, the transport cost for FOB shipping must be rechecked.

Yes. OEM and ODM are supported. We can print your logo on the candle surface, polybag or carton boxes.

Yes. We support custom sizes, colors and packaging designs.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading.
